With heavy hearts, we remember and honor a life lost following a tragic early morning crash in Union Township, Ohio, that has left a family and community in mourning. Corey Graham, 48, of South Lebanon, was tragically killed in the crash, which also involved Regina Lovely, 39, and Amberley Lovely, 35, both of South Lebanon, during the early hours of Saturday in Warren County.
According to a release from the Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 1:49 a.m. on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road, west of State Route 48. A 2020 GMC Sierra, operated by Corey Graham and occupied by Regina Lovely and Amberley Lovely, was traveling east when it went off the right side of the roadway and struck several trees.
Emergency responders arrived quickly on the scene. Corey Graham was transported to Mercy Health–Kings Mills Hospital, where he was sadly pronounced deceased. Regina Lovely and Amberley Lovely survived the crash and were reported to be uninjured, though undoubtedly shaken by the traumatic events of that morning.
Today, we pause not only to acknowledge the circumstances of this heartbreaking accident, but to honor the life of Corey Graham. He was more than a name in a report—he was someone deeply loved, someone who mattered, and someone whose absence will be felt every day by those who knew him. His sudden passing serves as a painful reminder of how fragile life can be and how quickly everything can change.
The loss of Corey leaves behind unanswered questions, profound grief, and a silence that words cannot fully express. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and loved ones as they begin the difficult process of grieving and healing. We also keep Regina Lovely and Amberley Lovely in our thoughts as they recover emotionally from this tragic incident.
Multiple agencies assisted in responding to the crash, including the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Union Township Fire Department, Deerfield Township Fire Department, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Hamilton Township Police Department, and Case Towing. Their swift response during the early morning hours is acknowledged and appreciated.
As the community reflects on this devastating loss, we ask that everyone please keep the Graham family and all those affected lifted in prayer, offering comfort, strength, and peace during this incredibly difficult time.
Rest in peace, Corey Graham.
You will always be remembered, deeply missed, and forever honored.
